Kickboard

 

The OFE Kickboard team provides for pre-swim activities for our youngsters ages 3-6.  Older swim team members and coaches will assist children in adapting to water and acquiring skills.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Schedule

Day Kickboard          M/W/F starting June 9th - July 7th  (11:00 - 11:30)

            Evening Kickboard    Tues/Thurs from 6:00-6:30 (from Tuesday June 10th - Thursday July 3rd)

 

Evening practice is available to those who CANNOT make morning practice due to summer school or daycare arrangements.

 

Swim Meets

Kickborders will swim a FUN RACE prior to our home swim meets on June 28 and July 6 at 5:20 p.m.

 

We will also be working to schedule a Kickboard FUN RACE during the 4th of July Pool Party.

 

Banquet

Kickborders and their families are invited to the swim team Awards Banquet on Monday, July 19th at 6:00 p.m. held at the OFE pool.  More details on the banquet will be given at a later date.

 

Kickboard Parents Fundraiser Options

Kickboard families (without older siblings on the swim team) are asked to perform one of the following:

  • Donate 1 case of soda, Gatorade or water (24 count or greater for concession stand)

  • Work to set up and/or run the Swim Team Garage Sale on Saturday, May 31

  • Sell one “Sponsorship" (see Fundraiser).

  • Buy out $10
