Results from Proposed Assessment Ballot

Dear Homeowners:

City and Village Tax Office sent out 558 ballots to all homeowners related to the proposed
change to our maximum assessment amount allowed under the Indenture of Restrictions
(Indentures). There were 236 ballots returned to City and Village by October 23, 2023 (42% of
the total sent). Five ballots were received after the due date and were not included in the
tabulated results.

On the basis of ballots returned to, and tabulated by, City and Village Tax Office, the Indenture
of Restrictions of Old Farm Estates Subdivision (Indentures), as it relates to our annual
assessment amount(s), remains unchanged.

The results of those tabulations were: 108 in favor of modifying the Indentures to increase the
assessment to a maximum of $550.00 (46% of total returned) and 128 against modifying the
Indentures to increase the maximum (54% of total returned).

The maximum assessment amount allowed under the Indentures is $280.00 per year. The
assessment amount for 2023, as determined by the Trustees under the Indentures, was $278.00.
