Events & Party Rentals
Annual OFE Events
There are several events revolving around the pool that happen from May–September. 2023 dates are listed below. Other OFE events can be found on the calendar page. Refer to the OFE calendar for event details.

Pool Beautification Days​
Come help the pool committee get the pool ready for the season. Placing furniture, power washing the deck, organizing closets, touch up paint, etc.

Fourth of July Celebration
Tuesday, July 4
The annual Old Farm Fourth of July parade begins in front of Fern Ridge High School and proceeds to the swimming pool where there is open swim for all residents throughout the day. Attendance prizes, games for the children, and food may be purchased during the event.

Trivia Night
Saturday, August 26
6:00 p.m. Gates Open
7:00 p.m. Trivia Begins
Register as an individual or as a whole table to support the OFE Pool and Swim Team.

The pool will close at 5:00 p.m. that evening and no children will be allowed at the pool past that time. It's always a great time—and you don't have to be a pool member to attend. Bring a cooler, an appetizer to share, and dollar bills for Left-Right-Center.

Pool Party Rentals​
Pool parties are available for a 4-hour party reservation. Party reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations may not be accepted during certain holidays or OFE special events. Pool parties must take place during normal pool operating hours.
Reservations must be requested at least two weeks prior to your pool party date. Existing pool regulations will be enforced. Party host is responsible for their guests.
After you submit your reservation request, you will receive an email from the OFE Pool Committee confirming your date and time, if available. Full payment by personal check is required to secure your date. Payments can be made out to Old Farm Estates Pool and dropped off to Sara O'Neal.
Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the party for a partial refund, including weather cancellations.

Option 1: OFE Members-Only Party | $25
Includes 2 tables reserved
Option 2: OFE Party up to 25 people | $100
Includes 2 tables
Guest passes for any non-pool members in party
Option 3: OFE Party up to 50 people | $150
Includes 4 tables
Guest passes for any non-pool members in party

Option 4: Private Event up to 200 people | $1,000
After 4:00 p.m. only; excludes holidays
Includes 2 lifeguards (if you will host more than 100 people this may require additional guards)
Must leave the pool property as it was when you arrived
