Pool Party Rentals​

Pool parties are available for a 4 hour party reservation. Party reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Reservations may not be accepted during certain holidays or OFE special events. Pool parties must take place during normal pool operating hours.

 

Reservations must be requested at least two weeks prior to your pool party date. Existing pool regulations will be enforced. Party host is responsible for their guests. As a reminder, our neighborhood amenities, such as the pool, are shared spaces. We all play a role in keeping these areas clean, safe, and enjoyable. Please help us care for the pool area by disposing of trash properly and treating the space with respect. Small actions go a long way in preserving what we all value.

 

After you submit your reservation request, you will receive an email from the OFE Pool Committee confirming your date and time, if available. Full payment by personal check is required to secure your date. Payments can be made out to "Old Farm Estates Pool" and dropped off to Sara O'Neal.

 

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the party for a partial refund, including weather cancellations.

Pricing Options:

Option 1: OFE Members-Only Party | $25

Includes 2 tables reserved

 

Option 2: Party up to 25 people | $100

Includes 2 tables

Guest passes for any non-pool members in party

 

Option 3: Party up to 50 people | $250

Includes 4 tables

Guest passes for any non-pool members in party

Option 4: Private Event up to 200 people | $1,000

After 4:00 p.m. only; excludes holidays

Includes 2 lifeguards (if you will host more than 100 people this may require additional guards)

Must leave the pool property as it was when you arrived
