Sponsorship Information

There are opportunities to support the pool and the swim team: fundraising activities (Old Farm Trivia Night) and sponsorship (for swim team). The proceeds from both contributions are used to benefit the overall pool as well as to help with equipment needed for the swim team.

 

Swim Team Sponsorship

 

The SPIRIT Banner is for families, individuals, or groups (non-business) who want to sponsor the pool. They may do so at the $100 level. This benefit includes:

  • A professional-quality banner. The banner will be 18x24 in., printed in color (from high-resolution PDF files provided by your family) on weather-resistant vinyl. Families may include a name and/or message and an image. Reach out if you need help with a design.

  • A mention on neighborhood social media.

  • 2022 season banners can be reused for $85.

Business Sponsorship

 

Sponsors donating a minimum of $150 will be recognized at the BRONZE LEVEL with:

  • Mention on neighborhood social media and on the TV at the pool.

  • A professional-quality banner. The banner will be 2 x 4 ft., printed in color (from high-resolution PDF files provided by the advertiser) on weather-resistant vinyl.

  • Banner will be posted during the pool season in a visible location on the pool deck.

  • For an additional $50, a round sponsorship at our annual trivia night can be purchased.

Sponsors donating a minimum of $300 will be recognized at the SILVER LEVEL with:

  • All BRONZE level benefits.

  • A round sponsorship during our annual trivia night.

  • Prominent placement of your banner.

  • Recognition as a Silver Sponsor on our website,

Sponsors donating a minimum of $500 will be recognized at the GOLD LEVEL with:

  • All BRONZE and SILVER level benefits.

  • Sponsorship for our annual Trivia Night and Silent Auction in August, including your logo on the trivia flyer.

  • Premium placement of your banner for the greatest exposure.

​

PLATINUM LEVEL sponsorship for $1,000 with:

  • All BRONZE and SILVER, and GOLD level benefits.

  • Premium placement of the LARGEST SIZED BANNER (3x5ft.) banner for the greatest exposure.

  • Your business name on the back of all swim team t-shirts worn by swimmers and their families.
