Pool Sign-Up Form

Service Description

Due to crowd limits and social distancing requirements, only 40 people will be allowed in the pool at any time. This form will allow you to reserve space for your household (up to 8 people). There are three time slots available each day the pool is open (Tue-Sun). Each time slot is 2 hours and 15 minutes long - which provides our lifeguards with breaks and an opportunity to properly clean surfaces. In order to ensure all families have access to the pool this summer, we ask that you be good neighbors and please observe the following guidelines when signing up for times: 1) Reservations can only be made 7 days in advance. 2) We ask that you only reserve 2 time slots in advance each week. 3) Understand that Friday night, Saturday, and Sunday afternoon are the most popular times for people to enjoy the pool - don't reserve those spots each week!!! Again, be a good neighbor. 4) Any available spaces < 24 hours away are fair game for anyone to reserve. 5) Show up for your reserved time - we understand things come up, but please cancel your reservation as soon as possible and don't waste precious spaces. 6) Only show up with the number of people submitted in your request. We're sure your unexpected house guests are lovely people - but adhering to the established guidelines ensures the pool can remain open and helps protect the health and safety of OFE families and our lifeguards.
