OFE Pool Parties are available Tuesdays-Sundays from 12 pm - close (only available 4pm - close after Parkway School District returns in the fall).

 

Reservation includes a 4 hour party with reserved tables. See Cost below for party options.

Party reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. An email will be sent to you by the OFE Pool Committee when your date and time is confirmed. Full payment required to secure date.

Reservations must be made at least two weeks prior to the pool party date.
 
Cost:
$25: OFE Members Only Party (includes 2 tables reserved; non-pool members would be required to pay the $3 guest fee)
$75: OFE Hosted Party 25 people or less (includes 2 tables and guest passes for any non-pool members in party)
$100: OFE Hosted Party 50 people or less (includes 4 tables and guest passes for any non-pool members in party)

This is subject to change based on party details

Existing pool regulations will be enforced.  Party host is responsible for their guests.

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the party for a full refund, including weather cancellations.
