Old Farm Estates Pool Party Guidelines

  1. Reservations must be made at least two weeks prior to the pool party date.  Please use the calendar and form below to check for availability and submit your reservation form

  2. Party reservations are accepted on a first come, first served basis.  Only one pool party may be scheduled for each time slot

  3. Guard Requirements and Costs:

    • Parties scheduled with less than 25 people do not require an additional lifeguard if held on a Saturday or Sunday between 1pm and 7pm.  A guest fee of $3 will be charged per guest for non pool members.  Midwest Pools will enforce the guest-to-lifeguard ratio.  Guests are defined as swimmers and non-swimmers (every person on the pool deck counts as a guest)

    • Parties scheduled with 26 people or more will require additional guard(s), in addition to the $3 fee for non pool members

      • Cost: $18 per hour per lifeguard (check made out to Midwest Pools must be received no less than one week prior to the pool party date)

      • Existing pool regulations will be enforced.  Old Farm Estates Swim Club requests that the host sign in all guests and assist the lifeguards with assuring safety

      • All pool parties must be canceled two hours prior to the scheduled party time in order to receive a refund.  This applies to inclement weather.  This also applies to parties where additional lifeguards are required
